The Filipino Wedding Planning Checklist

From 12 months out to the day itself, with the arrhae, candle-cord-veil, and sponsor details other checklists leave out.

How to use this checklist

Filipino weddings carry rituals that most planning templates skip: the arrhae, the candle, cord, and veil sponsors, the principal sponsors, and a reception program with more segments than a Western wedding. This checklist includes them in the phases where they actually need attention.

Peak season in the Philippines runs November to February. If your date falls there, treat every phase as one month earlier. Work top to bottom and tick items as you go; progress is saved in this browser.

The names builder holds your sponsors and entourage with roles and pronunciations. Give the printed copy to your coordinator and your host so the ceremony cues and reception introductions are right.
